Andrew M. Sodl is an attorney at Sodl & Ingram. Andrew’s practice focuses primarily on commercial real estate, banking, and corporate transactions. He represents investors, developers, financial institutions, private equity firms, and companies in all aspects of commercial real estate, including acquisition, disposition, financing, leasing, and development. Andrew represents developers in the formation and administration of property owner associations for both residential and commercial projects. Additionally, Andrew advises institutional and private lenders in secured lending, distressed credit workouts, and enforcement. Andrew represents various small and midsized businesses as out-of-house general counsel for legal support on matters including business formation, corporate governance, and general commercial contracts. Prior to forming Sodl & Ingram, Andrew was a partner at Akerman LLP in its Jacksonville, Florida office.
