Samuel A. Starkey is an attorney at Sodl & Ingram. Sam’s practice spans all sectors of commercial real estate, including office, retail, multifamily and master-planned residential, industrial development, and warehouses. He represents lenders, developers, and real estate buyers and sellers in transactions, and has experience representing developers in connection with the formation and administration of both commercial and residential property owners’ associations. Sam guides clients through all phases of real estate acquisition and disposition, from contract negotiation to due diligence and financing. He also brings experience in corporate formation and general business law to the firm.
